Built and stamped to the ASME Code, Fulton 4-100 BHP vertical tubeless steam boilers are UL Approved packaged boilers, and are manufactured to CSD-1 Code, with state of the art microprocessor burner controls. Where process steam or heat is required, Fulton boilers with the original vertical tubeless down-fired design will add efficiency, economy, and safety to your industrial process needs. Anywhere steam and hot water is needed, Fulton vertical tubeless boilers can be specified to do the job.

Fulton Gas Pulse Combustion Hydronic Heating Boilers 

All pulse boilers can be side wall vented or can vent through the roof with small diameter stainless tubing. Other features are near zero standby losses, no moving parts, spark plug ignition, factory pre-set air and gas metering valves and the units fit through a 34" opening. The standard line of Pulse boilers can reach 98% efficiency in the condensing mode when ordered with full modulation. Units are available from 300,000 BTU/HR. up to 2,000,000 BTU/HR. input. Fulton Modles PHW-1400 and PHW- 2000 are suppled with full modulation as standard equipment.

Fulton Gas Pulse Combustion  Low Pressure and High Pressure Steam Boilers 

Fulton pulse combustion low and high pressure steam boilers are the only pulse combustion steam boilers available. They are built/certified to the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code and are designed certified by the American Gas Association and the Canadian Gas Association.  Low pressure models are available in 500,000 and 750,000 BTU/HR. input, while high pressure models are available in 500,000 and 700,000 BTU/HR. input. No chimney is required. Installation is quick and easy.

Fulton Fuel-Fired Coil Design Thermal Fluid (Hot Oil) Heaters 

Fulton hot oil closed loop process heating systems can provide fluid at various temperatures for multiple processes with uniform heat supplied to each. Temperatures to 670 degrees F can be achieved with standard liquid phase units. Thermal fluid systems operate with minimal pressure. Pressurized systems, liquid or vapor phase, for operating temperatures up to 750 degrees F are also available. Serving a wide range of industrial process applications--sizes 800,000 to 12,000,000 BTU/HR.
