Small Economical Condensate Return Units for temperatures to 200 degrees F.

For systems up to 12,000 sq. ft. EDR and discharge pressures to 20 PSIG.  Units available in Simplex or Duplex Style with 3500 RPM, Single Phase Motors.  These units, with Cast Iron Receivers, carry the standard limited 20 year warranty against corrosion failure.  [For temperatures to 210 degrees F use EC-P Model]

Standard 3/16" Thick Black Steel Receiver is provided for years of service.  Units designed for up to 12,000 sq. ft. EDR and discharge pressures up to 20 PSIG.  Units available in Simplex or Duplex Style with 3500 RPM, Single Phase Motors.

Simplex or Duplex Style, 1750 RPM, 3500 RPM, Single or Three Phase Motors.  Type DC Receivers made of Close Grained Cast Iron for maximum corrosion protection.  Type DS Units have 3/16" Thick Steel Receivers for years of service.  All pumps are Bronze Fitted with Industry Standard Motors.

All pumps are Bronze Fitted, 2 ft. NPSH with Industry Standard Motors.  Simplex or Duplex Style, Single or Three Phase Motors.  Receivers made of Close Grained Cast Iron for maximum corrosion protection.

Heavy Gauge Black Steel Receivers provided for years of service.  300 Series Stainless Steel Receivers also available for maximum corrosion protection.  14 Sizes of Receivers to permit flexibility and economical selections.  CSC Floor Mounted Style for low gravity returns and CSEC Units for pumping temperatures of 212 degrees F, utilizing the 2 ft.  NPSH pumps.  All pumps Bronze Fitted with Industry Standard Motors.  Various flows and pressures available, 1750 RPM, 3500 RPM, Single or Three Phase Motors.

High Temperature Condensate Return Units designed to reduce flash steam losses and conserve energy 

Designed to handle returns up to 250 degrees F.  Steel Receivers ASME Code Stamped for 125 PSI.  Units utilize 2 ft. NPSH pumps, Bronze Fitted with Industry Standard Motors.  Units available with proportioning motorized valve [HT-PMV].  Unit eliminates the need for coolers and traps to reduce temperatures.  Condensate does not need to be reheated, therefore operating costs are lower.
