EXPANDED Basic Pump & Mechanical Seal School

EXPANDED Basic Pump & Mechanical Seal School is a two-day class on centrifugal & positive displacement pumps and seal fundamentals, installation, operation and new developments. R.F. MacDonald Co. has been approved by the California Water Environment Association (CWEA) to offer sixteen contact hours for those who participated in our Basic Pump & Seal Training course. The CWEA Contact Hours can be credited towards the continuing education requirement for re-certification.

The two-day course covers basic pump types & hydraulics, seal design and installation, as well as great tips on the do's and dont's of pump installation and operation. The format includes lecture and interaction with the class. Many field examples with photos are used along with actual pumps and seals to enhance the learning process.
