high pressure, positive displacement, reciprocating pumps with new expanded
capacities up to 660 GPM and pressures up to 18,000 PSI . Offering exceptionally
long life, easy maintenance, immediate availability, international distributor
support and application flexibility. Complimentary Stainless Steel Sump,
Submersible and End-Suction Centrifugal pumps are also available for pumping
slurries and liquids with suspended solids up to 2".
The CAT PUMPS product line has developed into more than a dozen frame sizes of piston and plunger pumps rated from 1 to 75 GPM, 100 to 7000 PSI.
To meet the needs of a wide variety of high pressure applications, special drive and construction options are available including belt drive, motorized pump units, direct drive with bell housing and flexible coupling, clutch or gearbox andflanged pumps. Special manifolds like the W770
Special alloy offer extended life in continuous duty carwash applications and the 316SS block-style manifolds offer durability in harsh saltwater applications. These special block-style manifolds also offer a flushing and cooling option for high temperature fluids and high vapor fluids such as CO2.
System accessories and protection devices match each pump model specifications to assure safe and optimum system performance. Single and multiple pump skid mounted Power Units are also available offering tested performance and minimal delivery time.
