R.F. MacDonald Co.’s in-house pump repair, boiler and pump systems fabrication facilities, and field service availability and capabilities are a key differentiator between our company and other equipment sales companies. Our customers expect and deserve prompt reliable service for the products we provide. Most equipment sales companies in the areas we serve do not provide these services. Specifying engineers and installing contractors have also come to rely on our company to quickly and professionally resolve equipment and systems issues after initial equipment operation.

Added value services
R.F. MacDonald Co. provides added value services for the benefit of our customers. We package boiler room equipment and pump systems into pre-piped and wired skids, simplifying field installation requirements. We have in-house shop-fabricating facilities that provide these capabilities. Our field service personnel provide design input to ensure the units are field serviceable, input generally unavailable at the equipment manufacturer’s facilities.

FULL SCOPE SERVICES
Graduate mechanical engineers are on staff to assist our customers in equipment selections, installation planning, layout, and permitting and project supervision. They are also involved in system surveys to optimize equipment performance, reliability, and efficiency.
