BOILER &
PUMP SERVICES
R.F. MacDonald Co. provides added value services for the benefit of our customers. We package boiler room equipment and pump systems into pre-piped and wired skids, simplifying field installation requirements. We have in-house shop-fabricating facilities that provide these capabilities. Our field service personnel provide design input to ensure the units are field serviceable, input generally unavailable at the equipment manufacturer’s facilities.
- WE SERVICE WHAT WE SELL. We provide unequaled service with factory trained technicians. Our service department personnel are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- RESPONSE. Our multiple locations with service personnel living in key areas allow fast response for all areas we serve.
- FULL SCOPE SERVICES. Graduate mechanical engineers are on staff to assist our customers in equipment selections, installation planning, layout, and permitting and project supervision. They are also involved in system surveys to optimize equipment performance, reliability, and efficiency.
