Cleaver-Brooks Introduces ClearFire-LC

Cleaver-Brooks announces the introduction of the ClearFire®-LC (CFLC) high-capacity, condensing hydronic boiler. The CFLC uses patented AluFer® heat-transfer technology and a high-turndown burner with advanced controls to deliver up to 98% efficiency and ultra-low emissions in a compact footprint. Available in six sizes from 4,000 to12,000 MBTU/hr, the ClearFire-LC can save a facility as much as 50% in operating costs compared to a traditional steam or hot water system.

Superior Design Innovation
Cleaver-Brooks designed the CFLC using two proprietary technologies. The product was engineered using AluFer tubes as the core heat transfer technology coupled with the spiral tubes featured in Cleaver-Brooks EX technology. The unique design resulted in the development of a large condensing boiler with increased capacity and high efficiency in a small footprint.

The CFLC is a cost-effective alternative to installing multiple smaller boilers or less-efficient, non-condensing boilers of a similar capacity. The fully integrated system includes the boiler, burner and controls for multiple lead/lag configuration.
