Wanner Hydra-Cell Pumps introduces two NEW high horsepower variants of the T200 multi-diaphragm pump
The new T200P and T200Q are designed for use in oil and gas production, but they’re also very effective in chemical applications and high pressure cleaning systems
The Hydra-Cell T200P has a flow capacity of 280 l/m and a maximum discharge pressure of 276 bar, while the Hydra-Cell TP200Q has a maximum pressure rating of 310 bar and a maximum flow capacity of 246 l/m. Common with all Hydra-Cell pumps, these two new models feature a seal-less, packing free, API674 design that eliminates leaks, hazards, and the expense associated with seals and packing maintenance. Additionally, both products benefit from a lower cost of ownership and an extensively longer service life than similarly applicable options.
Both new Hydra-Cell pumps can also function with a closed or blocked suction line, and they can even run dry indefinitely without damage, which would typically ruin the condition of other pumps. The unique diaphragm design handles more abrasives with less wear than gear, screw or plunger pumps, reducing maintenance requirements while eliminating unplanned downtime and repair costs.
